The Rockpool Shrimp has a transparent body with red lines on the carapace and red spots along the abdomen. They have a red claw with a white tip. Body length to 6 cm

There are many groups of scavenging shrimp-like animals found in rockpools including a myriad of transparent shrimps. They feed on algae.
