Coast Blown Grass

Scientific Name: Lachnagrostis billardierei subsp. billardierei

Description: An annual or weak perennial grass, Coast Blown Grass forms circular tufts of classic leaf blades and produces a delicate windmill of flowers. When the seeds ripen, the flower stalk fractures and the seeds helicopter away with the wind.
