Description |
Neptune’s Necklace has a distinctive pearl necklace shape, which makes it the most easily recognisable seaweed on the Bluff. This brown alga is restricted to the lower intertidal rock platforms. Beds of this slippery alga provide important shelter for many grazing and scavenging animals. |
