Sea Celery
Scientific Name: Apium prostratum
Description: Sea Celery is a delicate-looking plant, with pale green leaves and tiny flowers. It can be found in small clumps across the Bluff or trailing down the sandy dune. Sea Celery can withstand salt spray and harsh winds and grows on sand dunes down to the high tide mark. The peppery leaves are a traditional food source for the Wadawurrung.
